The project consists in a mobile application that can be configured from a web-based control panel that allows the user to evaluate and follow up the different risk factors that can be present in a mine. The application estimates these risk factors via a weighed checklist that can be configured from the web. These risk formats can be manipulated by personnel in charge of each risk area, and allows occurrences to be logged and to add suggestions for reducing the risks
